Hat is doing me good. With the brim flipped down and my red checked mack, it makes me look pretty redneck. The brim coverage is epic, which i will like when riding in the snow and rain, but it can easily impede visibility and precipitate neck craning. That’s the tradeoff though i guess!

They were having an election there and there was some shit going on in the streets, so everywhere we went we had a gun toting guard. I didn’t think it was really necessary, but the company I was working for was extra paranoid.
Fun fact: Selling alcohol is banned for 48 hours around an election in Peru.
