I’m looking for a high end steel frame to throw a Record group on. I apologize for the cross posting but my group is arriving today and I’d like to have a bike built up quickly. I’m trying not to be hasty so I thought I’d ask you guys.

That is a very good deal. I am surprised (not quite suspicious, but very close) that he will ship. At that price I would be shocked if he doesn’t have local buyers for that frame. I certainly wouldn’t go through extra work to let that frame go at that price.
