Bianchi is Italian for white (pl.).
i’ve always seen white pizza be called ‘bianca’
strangely similar though.
i almost want to get a little decal made that says PIZZA and stick it on the pista, since there isnt a decal in the usual spot.
My coworker just microwaved a single serving type pizza that’s giving off a de-freakin’-licious aroma… and here I sit with PB&J in front of me. Do I even wanna eat it? I probably will.

I believe that is because “bianca” is the Italian word for “white”.
Guys, bianca and bianchi both mean white in Italian. It’s just a question of singular vs. plural.
