That’s really something.
rec.bicycles.tech shut down earlier this year as Google discontinued Usenet support (?) and I was surprised nobody moved to save it. They sort of transferred to Facebook but not really. There were guys on there trolling each other for years as full-time work during their retirement. Probably for the best.
