I’ve said it before, but brands like this need to just shut down for a couple years and come back with a super lean line.
Zaskar in two spec. 10s cues Judy and 12s Deore XT mix Psylo
Tachyon two spec. Flat bar cues and drop bar Apex. (Throw thru axles on a weekender and be done with it)
Pulse tracklocross/urban fixed Mash Work clone
Edge alloy gravel race bike
Super simple. Easy to pitch to shops like mine.

That will be in the black, but my guess is it won’t have the margin the needed to feed the private equity/VC beast…hence they stick their neck out with more SKUs.

Who needs a 200mm rear rotor on a road bike? I have 180mm rotors front and rear on my MTB and not once have I thought “hmm I need more brake”

I had a real hard time selling GT when they were sitting next to a Giant or Cannondale with similar or better parts, but $100-$200 more expensive.
I mean I had a hard time selling entry level hardtails anyways but still.
