No. I just like to ride dirt and pavement on the same bike. I raced (MTBs) a million years ago (when I lived in California), but have no desire to do any sort of competitive riding.

At first it looks like yet another Copenhagen tribute blog, but I like that not all of them are on fancy bikes (a surprising number of Huffys and Murrays!), that not all of them are dressed in fancy clothes, and that not all of them are young or stylish. Not necessarily my thing, but it works on its own terms and it’s not a fetish site. It’s also an actual resource—if you want to know what kind of bike to ride and what kind of clothes to wear to get around in Chicago in winter, you could do a lot worse than looking through these pictures.

Have:
a rusty typewriter, a few bird cages with flaking lead paint, an Amish spinning wheel, a selection of fountain pens, vintage buckets with the logo of a volunteer fire department in rural Vermont circa 1918, a Victorian baby buggy (some broken springs and rotting fabric), some sweetass duck decoys and misc. fly fishing equipment that belonged to my great grandfather.
Want:
rod brake equipped boat anchor. bonus points for rust.
