Does mafac still exist? Calling them “cafam” seems like it’s inviting legal action.

Mafac closed in the 80s.
The IRD brakes came out in 2005.

Yeah, neither of these products compare to the average piece of shit you can find by typing in “bicycle” on Kickstarter. I have no use for either, but I recognize that they have a place.
