i think it’s a tubeless design of a bunch of small pockets that fill up to form the support structure like a sponge.

Breaker bar on the wrench pushing UP with your legs.

Anchor the arm to the rear wheel with a toe strap, never anchor to the frame. Tubes are too stretchy.
