Dammit: Post your bike

If you paint that bike, may a lug crack on the first ride.

It has a bunch of sweat damage to the clearcoat, which was why I was thinking of redoing it in the first place, but in person, it looked a lot better than I was expecting. I may still put a coat of sparkle clear over it eventually.

I saw a bunch of posts in this thread and came here to hate on something… anything, and could not.

Trim those fucking stays you lunatic. Actually replace those fenders with some that have real coverage. When you do that replace the long arm FD with a new shimano jawn. That will get rid of the inline adjuster and the 3" fender cut. Get a Jawire direct rocket adjuster for the RD and tidy up the excessive housing up front. Flip that seat collar. Get rid of those atrocious bars. I know flare is hip right now but those are terrible.

lever position and bar ends are a disgrace

are those inline barrel adjusters in the middle of your floppy barcon loops?

Also, where did you get your pedals? I’ve been needing a bright blue pedal for matchymatch purposes. Blue seems hard to pick based on online catalog photos, the ones I got are more of a turquoise.

I need turquoise pedals if you’re looking to get rid of em

Gonna cut the stays real soon. They terrify me but I don’t have anything to cut them with.

Pedals are Race Face Chesters. Got them a few years ago at a shop in NC. Floppy loops made more sense when I had a front rack and HG fork on the bike. Been too lazy to rewire since I put the stock fork back on…also did I get sense/since right?

What kickstand is that?

there was an open package one for $7 a few days ago

Thanks, consumed.

Where was this when I spent $50202309 for an Ursus Jumbo a few months ago.

Did you have to chop the legs down to make it work?

No, it’s adjustable and you expand outward. Starts pretty small, I added a few inches

Ah, that makes sense. Some other brand sells the hacksaw-ability of the legs as a feature.
