bars down hoods up that’s the way we like to
Dude the levers are indeed mounted too low and the bars are rotated too far up in order to compensate. Next you are going to tell us the ergonomics of those levers are anything but fucking garbage.
Cool bike though. Would ride with the cockpit fixed.
thank/fuck you tarck. We are happy together.
@b-roll are you the one who had a sweet gunnar street dog? I feel like it was you but maybe I’m mistaking you for another og tarcker
You’re going to do this ride, and halfway through you’ll be wondering if you can put the bars down and move the hoods up by the side of the road.
Thank you.
I wasn’t talking to you but your bike is cool too.
Thank you.
fwiw i do think that bike is really cool, but this is not a wendy’s
dammit
That bike rules.
It doesn’t get ridden enough, unfortunately.
What a great noodle that thing is.
Here is my dirty bike. I deskewed the image and rotated the bars for @b-roll .
Took the old surly out for a ride. I love this bike.
The Pro’s Closet sent me a replacement bike for the Nomad that had SRAM parts. Not quite as nice, but I think it’ll be fun to ride. (Not going to lie - being able to swap bikes on a whim is quite fun. I think I’ll ride this through the winter then maybe get something different
p.s. I now have an affiliate link for that site, so if you plan on buying anything, I’d love to send you a link that’ll kick me a small % as one of their ambassadors.
Cool that they could swap out for you to stay sponsor correct, shame they couldn’t sort you out with some rear suspension but that pivot looks like a lot of a different sort of fun
They couldn’t have gotten further from the Nomad with this one! Did you request something less aggressive or is this just what they sent?
