Anyone taking bets on if SRAM buys classified?
Iâm liking the visible weave, really takes me back to 1999, one of the six good years for bicycles
Do you have something to do with Time USA? I have a soft spot for Time because itâs French.
Love the green bike except the yellow bar tape is distracting in a product shot.
You should look at how they make these frames, itâs really cool, thereâs a video online somewhere. That weave isnât a cosmetic layer.
Oh yeah, they put a lot of time and effort into it- not snark on my part, I honestly think it looks good.
Oh I didnât think you were being snarky at all. If you sent aside the fact that every bike was red and black, late 90s bikes are more appealing than todayâs bikes
the supply chain problems are real
Oh come on, some had white or silver accents! Truly a broad palette!
sent you a DM. I work for a TIME dealer.
and definitely agree. this one was the clientâs choice and not ours. not much we could do about that
Resin transfer molding with material woven in house, neat process and not at all how most carbon bikes are made.
Ebay seller finally âfoundâ and delivered to me the correct saddle clamp for my new old TIMF
Will be trying to transfer measurements and parts over from the Look as I come out of covidity
This is a pretty silly bike with lots of silly logos, a weird headset and ÂĄBB30!
French road frame seduction is very real, this my 3rd go now
What is a TIMf?
It appears I mispoke, Itâs actually a TIMFr
Yes⌠but what is that?
Is this the French take on random open mold bikes?
I was certainly confused by this - it appears to be a âcleverâ way of designing the logo around the shape of the tube. It has a weird corner there.
As far as I can tell this isnât a fake or knockoff, just a weird way of doing the logo to make it look dynamic.
Itâs an RX Instinct, if anyone has information that would confirm or refute my interpretation
Ah. Super weird.
Very French
ugh such a dream bike
Still need to wrap bars, front wheel also debadged like the rear and now sports a ti king cage but yep itâs a bike and itâs ![]()
