Easy enough to fix and flip and come out in pretty good shape

How much is the chance alone?
1400 which is more than I’d want to spend on a cool factor laps in the park bike
$900 for an (alfine?) disc dynamo wheelset, a clapped brooks, ck headset, nitto stem seems a lot?
