I know that ELVS-coated rims are made, but I want to have some ELVS spokes for a wheelset I would like to build. Does anybody know if these are made or if they exist? Or, if you can buy the ELVS material and coat them yourself?

Highly reflective coating. It would be safe at night and look sweet to have spokes coated in them.
You could do this instead:

Rustoleum makes a clear spray that’s reflective. You can buy it at a hardware store.
Isn’t that stuff not nearly as reflective as ELVS? I want to be blinding bitches.
