I like it except that spacer stack is a little hard on the eyes. Like the bow of a ship.

Yes. One thing I love about this bike is almost no branding at all. There’s a tiny BMC on the head tube and another tiny one on the NDS down tube

Bike manufacturers have come a long way from the 80s boom box style calling out of features and branding

Yeah I’ve been having a tough time getting it down my hallway. I stood outside yesterday for a couple of hours and then just routed myself around the house and through the back door.

You could get on there and then we could goad each other into riding more miles. It’s usually the same few in the top 5. This week, I’m #2 at 163. Patch is killing it at >300.

Also, that’s a pretty bike.

I still have mine, worn maybe 5 times I reckon. I’m slightly too substantial but the goal is to get back into it.

If you’re into that kind of thing, RWGPS has a share card thing now for sharing your rides (can be used with ride map or photo).

Maybe… realized that my privacy zone was set to the old place though hehe. It looks like there isn’t a Tarck group on RWGPS. Who do I have to talk to for the legal forms to start one? >_>

I rarely rode with people and then Covid hit, so…

Most of my riding is now both alone and at night to avoid crowded trails. The way I stay motivated is to make sure all of my other exercise is fucking miserable by comparison. 40 minutes of jumping rope in the garage. 60 minutes of basement strength training. Just terrible. That way riding up hills in the dark is like Christmas.
