I spent half an hour with some other mechanics trying to do that to a low end carbon fork. We stomped on it numerous times, threw it against a wall. Eventually we hit it with a steel pipe and it still didn’t fail like that. It just cracked and bent a little. My guess is that the fork in the video was already broken.
Or maybe that guys just got mad skillz
