This is a very shitty thing. National cycling coach, ex Aussie track guy, is shagging one of his track team ladies. Another rider accidentally mentioned it to the wrong person, resulting in her bullying and eventual suicide.
There is some kind of a name suppression order. Not sure if I can say it outside of NZ?

Absolutely one of the more shameful things about cycling is that no matter how bad of a person you are, someone else will still take you in and hire you.
It’s always been crazy to me how much it takes to actually ruin a coaching career.

Yup. Sports orgs only care about the results the coaches get, not the consequences of their actions, even if it results in lifelong trauma for the athletes.

What a tour so far, eh? Vingegaard looks like he can hang with Pogacar. THe first week could see 4-5 different yellow jerseys. Elbows out in sprints, tons of weather. Can’t wait to see how this one plays out.

My theory is that he couldn’t get into the 10. But you’re right. As much as he is throwing into that poor bike it looks like it’s not going anywhere.
Also, I sure do enjoy Remco’s utter mediocrity* in July.
