I’ve got a 200 in Nov for PBP + last brevet of SR, maybe in 27

I’m confused

You need 2-3-4-600 between Nov 1 and (June 30? July 2?) to qualify for PBP. Any ACP events in Nov-Dec do NOT count toward a 2027 SR but will toward registration.

The longest ACP event btwn 11/2025 and 10/31/2026 will count toward PBP pre registration (class, heat selection).

We’re hosting a 600 the first weekend of November to get that taken care of.

I already did a 600 in may for pre reg, then there’s a 200 in Nov that is late enough to count for 2027 qualifying as well as the 2026 SR, if I can double up like that. Not sure!

5/21 is an overnight 400 from Eugene to Forest grove and back. If you’ve never done a night start this is the event to do it. There is always a party pace that will go for just less than full value and is really nice to have your first night out.

Also it’s really interesting to ride with different clubs

My team goes on but I head to the end. The team descended and then went up mt tabor for another controle and to the finish, where I had already arrived, but a few minutes after the cutoff. I have opinions.

Oh man, Wipers themed!

First 400k yesterday

- Woke up at 3:30am 👎
- Packed in a 600 cal liquid breakfast with no stomach issues 👍
- First control was at the end of the SGRT, felt very confident in the morning dark after so many repeats 👍
- apparently people skipped the first control because of an old map? passed a bunch of riders for the second time, very confusing 👎
- crashed into a curb at ~10mph, scuffed 👎👎
- riding up the coast was very pleasant despite heat wave 👍
- fatal accident and closure on PCH 👎
- forgot to bring weed 👎
- bought weed, budtender asked about the ride and gave me knucks 👍
- santa clara canyon out of ventura was a furnace 👎
- volunteer manned a water stop in Fillmore, lifesaver 👍
- del fuckin taco 👍
- aimed for 20 hours, hit 19 and change 👍

My club might do a November 600. This sounds brutal but I still might give it a try. A lot depends on the weather obviously, if it’s cold and raining a lot success is likely impossible. I am in ooo kayyyy shape but not tuned up by any means, but also missing a 600 this year and sort of interested in doing something novel and hard.
