Rim drilling

So I just picked up a cheap (~$50) wheel on ebay. I did not have the highest expectations in the world for it, it was a 50 dollar ebay wheel. But is just got here and…

It appears whoever built it did it with an electric drill as fast as possible, and they laced it so that the spokes on the right hub flange go to the spoke eyelets drilled slightly to the left, for the left spokes, and vice versa. fuck ebay.

Is it okay to run it like it is, or should I take it apart and relace it?

front wheel? I’d be concerned by for my teeth.
