What’s the cleanest routing you’ve seen? Housing stops or full length? It is for use with integrated levers, so through-stem cap probably wouldn’t work.
I wouldn’t bother with stops.

Routed behind the crown, full housing attached with hydo-style guides and zip ties.
I did see a Vanilla once that had it go into the top of the crown on the left side, and came out right by the brake…now that was nice.
