Just picked up an old Concor with four cuts and tears along the back edge. Here’s two of them:

So, anyone got recommendations on how to stop it from getting worse? Glues? Sealants? Or do I just leave it as is and enjoy it while it lasts?

Post up any questions or tips for repairing or maintaining saddles.

Just ride it.

^that worn out bit on the side of the nose is now a hole.

I would use some shoe goo.
