keep us posted i’m interested in picking up one from the next batch.
almost done with paint
I like when dudes build bikes for their ladies.
Any excuse to build another bike.
i’m rebuilding/restoring my brother’s old bmx bike so it looks straight out of 1999.
I just um… acquired one of these. Set up for polo/winter.
Photos soon to come!
Followed by a review.
So far really diggin it.
Hey- thanks for the input- we are expecting a load of frames in late Feb- and both those concerns are corrected- the BB will be 10mm higher, and no more rear brake cable mounts!
fuck. i knew i should have waited.
how much for a 30.0 seat post collar??
i just rode mine all day and i love the fuck out of it. i set it up right so i guess that’s why i like it but barspins aside it cruises pretty nice and fast. it’s a lil heavier but it’s pretty rigid. it’s a real solid bike.

Do these things really matter for the kind of riding you do? Do you ever plan to run it as a single speed?
well a higher bb is beneficial, and no brake cable mounts are icing on the cake. so robot has a legitimate reason to wish he had waited.
well said tx.
tarck five!
i’m not even gonna ask how rj “acquired” one.

That’s hot.
how is it riding with the 26 front tx
it now has a vans off the wall sticker on the inner left chainstay
oh man
and the 26in front is real nice actually! with the risers keeping me up and the smaller front wheel it’s real nice for some reason. handles fine, not much toe overlap. iunno what about it makes it feel nice but it rides real nice no complaints. i even feel like i have better control. iunno.
I understand why you are saying this but you failed at answering the questions.
And the question was originally directed at Robot because I know he has a single speed set up.
Pretty straight forward, legitimate questions.
As stated, mine is built up for polo/winter riding right now so BB height is not a factor and Im happy I have the mounts because Im running a back brake.
understood, but originally we were like “man brake cable mounts and a low bb i’m not sure about group buy anymore” and we buy them anyway and find out they were gonna make them how we wanted them in a month so we sorta wish we waited.

hey rj, mine is fixed- not ss.
it’s been a fixed gear from day one.
my madison is ss.
so no, I don’t plan on using a rear brake ever.
and like tx said, a higher bb is beneficial for going around corners on a bike that doesn’t coast.
hope that answered your questions.

another GB when the new ones come in? j/k unless you’ll do it
ha unless someone wants to buy the frame i have now when the new ones come out. but nobody will.
paint is done, just needs a clear coat. all the parts are in except the cranks, which should be here today.
came out pretty good
