Small Road frames built for 26" wheels- what's out there?

the only thing that comes to mind is small LHTs.

what else is out there?

(not interested in 24" front wheel bikes. cheaper the better.)

650B is essentially 26". I know that many people run 650B with the Surly Pacer, though it’s not designed for that.

but a Pacer is just basically a typical road frame, right?

Yeah, I think Surly regards it as an “all day in the saddle” kind of bike. Mainly, it has a fairly high headtube and low bottom bracket.

I looked really hard for a CX bike for a really short friend of mine. She found a Novara Pulse on craigslist:

They have 'em in stores and you might find one on craigslist. It’s heavy, but decent. Has 2200 shifters and tektro cantis.

thanks, heath.

so… wouldn’t throwing a smaller wheel on there lower the BB further?

I’d like to not take this too far off topic, but was just hoping for some suggestions as far as purpose-built roadish frames with 26" wheels, like XO-1s or anything else I’m forgetting.

if you don’t mind 650b, you could check kogswell.
