fuck, dude. SOrry about the Felt, but glad you’re OK.
Ouch!
yeah, luckily the HED3 wasnt on it when this happened.
i was planning on picking up an Alien frame in the spring. but it looks like im moving my agenda up
Don’t stop believin’.
dude if he ran you over with HIS front tire then he pretty much sideswiped you same as changing lanes without looking.
what the hell did the cops say about deciding who was at fault?
also was there a bike lane or are you entitled to have the whole lane?
That sucks. They are going to be BLOWN AWAY when they see the bill. “Oh, yeah, well I had a $400 wheel on there, so…”
Three words:
GET
A
LAWYER
Seriously… if what you said was true it’s his fault. Don’t play around get a lawyer if you have any hope of getting your bike fully paid for.
Fuuuck. Glad you’re ok. Get a lawyer and get some witness contact info asap.
glad youre alright. best of luck on getting it replaced

Glad you’re okay dude. Damn that looks like a bad wreck. Fkn hate drivers who see you on their right side, but still try to beat you to make that right turn. Like its going to save them 10 minutes or some shit on their morning commute.
wow, that really sucks. glad you’re ok. definitely get a lawyer or something. i got nailed and the woman tried to get money out of me to fix her bumper. make no concessions to whoever hit you.
all that after a 10 week wait for that spok too. hardcore bummer.
on the upside, if all goes well, new bike time!
Holy shit man, just glad to hear you’re ok! Bikes and parts are replaceable, you are not.
Oh and not that I would advocate fraud in any way… buuttt…
Put a brake on the bike for when an insurance adjuster comes to check it out. Just in case.
Better get a used one…
That’s half the reason I have a front brake. If a cop had showed up at the scene and noted that you had no brake, you’d probably be fucked.
thanks for all the advice guys.
im really hoping this doesnt go to shit.
Glad you’re alright dude. I had someone ride me off of my bike like that and you see it coming but have nog fucking chance to do anything. Assholes.
If you add the front brake, don’t forget adding brake marks on your Spoke. Just to be sure I guess.
Lawyer will bill the insurance company… not you. Is the bike your primary form of transportation? Don’t sign anything until you are sure there are no injuries that have not shown up yet.
yeah it is
ill talk to a lawyer tomorrow
