Depot Cycle Recycle is an interesting shop, but that’s not it. I think it is in Chiba, but it’s nowhere near the Makino shop and, when I was there, had no frames. Just bags and parts and stuff.
I don’t remember (did I ever know?) the name of the store though.

Especially to good quality steel bikes…which is hard to really explain until you’ve had one that you really liked.
