Well, soy curls are fine if you’ve got nothing else, but given the choice between soy curls bbq or pulled pork there’s no contest, and it ain’t soy curls. I’m vegan 80% of the time but the other 20%… ---

Oh i wouldn’t sub them for pork. They’re more of a chicken sub and you gotta really flavor them up when rehydrating. ---

I’ve had it utilized well in vegan tacos. I mean… I’d rather have any other kind of tacos over vegan tacos. But it’s like pizza… you have to do a really terrible job for it to be worthless. ---
