Hello! My friend said I need to report here for hazing before I can start to ask for recommendations for parts to dither my Cross-Check into a 90s mountain bike. This is my GSD in full Tuk Tuk mode for riding in the upper midwest with a child. Studded Marathons and stuff, basically stock. ![image](https://cdn.tarck.cc/original/3X/0/0/0019642994a2f4b6f1b458c649a7dac504a1aab2.jpeg) ---

It’s modern fatherhood in a nutshell. I toil in the blizzard as my child watches Paw Patrol in perfect comfort. ---

This is my road bike. 52cm Surly Pacer my wife abandoned (I am a fat 6 foot tall guy). 135mm Chris King hubs wedged in. 35mm commuter tires that ride like shit. Drivetrain not adjusted since 2010 but still somehow shifts fine. One million spacers under the stem. Best fitting bike I own somehow. ![image](https://cdn.tarck.cc/original/3X/f/e/fed129b3728acde4dfbee65d125853992368a53a.jpeg) ---
