Looks like the DT distributor I use has them (and the 1.8mm Revolution)
Pace-line.com
HY - Just bought three boxes of DT Comp 15/16g from Fatbirds in the UK.
HY - ended up being a shade cheaper than I could have EPād them (if the Aussie distro actually stocked them)
WTH - just found a store selling Robergel 15/16 at almost half the total price I paid for the DTs. Would probably have preferred Robergel, too.
Okay let stalk about me either:
Buying a set of older Campy Chorus hubs (32 hole 9-10 speed era)
laced to Open sportās (spokes unknown, radial front & 2x/radial back) hanging from roof of my LBS for 225$
or
Buying some silver 32 hole rims, preferably TB-14s or Kinlinās (tubeless?)?
Matching silver 32 hole hubs from say bikehubstore (about 125$) or some Miche MG2ās (100$ for a set)
Match up with Sapim Race/Lasers.
Supposed to sit on the rando/light touring rig.
The thing is I really only need the rear wheel in the long run since a SON dynamo is
in the back of my head/planned for later this spring. But running the bike on a pair of Scirocco cross wheels (or an odd rear wheel with the scirocco front)
makes me not tingly and they donāt look the part⦠And itās always good with a spare wheel, or atleast Iām trying to tell myself that.
Building the wheels is way more fun but itāll of course cost me a bit more than the ones built by my LBS.
Also Iām a member of the skinnycrü at just over 70kgās/155lbs.
What would tarck do?
Chorus hubs? You must buy those wheels.
Seems like I might have remembered wrongā¦
It possible they are Centaur hubs, the also have another
wheel set in the same hub- and rimway in Century graphite finish.
Would look über balleur on the right bike!
Imma go feel them up once more right now.
.
Thatās a killer price. Itās cheaper than I can EP straight gauge DT spokes.
Any of the cheapo chines hub companies like circus monkey make road hubs in 36h?

FYI - Robergelās have a different threading.

Iād build a legit Campy hub up for the rear 3x to your rim of choice and run a cheapie front or steal from another bike until you can afford the SON, then build it to a matchy front rim.
I would not run cheap weenie hubs on a bike like that. Thereās really no point.
Sorta dumb, but laced up a set of Archetypes to a pair of CK hubs last night for the first time. The spoke holes scratched up my black nipples exposing brass. Not the end of the world but was kinda irritated.
Planned build for nemesis rims: DA 7800 hubs, sapim laser spokes with brass nipples, 32h 3x f/r. Challenge strada 25mm tubulars.
Sapim Race for the right, rear side. Baller.
Iāve ridden box section wheels with all Laser and also the Laser/Race combo. All laser too springy for me.
Hmm. Will keep that in mind.
also lazers twist up like a mofo at really high KgF #'s
I have to admit my Laser/Race wheels are not giving me all of it in the stiffness department, but I think they need at least another half turn now that Iāve ridden them a few times. Just been lazy.
lol. I wasnāt aware this was a thing people did. How funny.
