What did you do to your crosscheck today?

Got a surly fork off Facebook for dithering First it went on the trashbar, which solved some of the toe overlap but this bike is still terrible to ride [IMG_20200425_162148] Took it off of there, put it on the sad chameleon and now I love it. Spent some time shortening the stays for the basket even. Dunno if cheap 26 disc Dyno wheels are a thing. [IMG_20200426_171116]
