now that i think about it, it feels like he’d be better as a podcaster or youtuber. but in tyool 2024 that’s a much more crowded media environment than blogger

these personalities don’t have to be all things to all…I actually enjoy watching Ronnie’s YouTube stuff but really don’t want him spec’ing my bikes. I like prolly leaning into desert colours for gravel and single track rigs as that’s where he’s writing from. I thought it smart to make his site stand out a bit with more retro stuff and some mtb origin content.

I think I like Ronnie cos hes taking the piss at the same time. PLP seems harmless enough and I like some of the nerdier stuff hes found out but mostly its just stuff weve all done over the year’s anyway.

I’ve been blocked by PLP and Prols on different platforms for being a smart ass. I’m probably pretty terrible on the Internet too though. Neither is my cup of tea but I like the radavist more at this point.

A STEPSor Bosch equipped Riv would be a game changer. His core customers are aging into that e-assist life and Grant is too busy obsessing over random retro parts instead of making something that would be a money printing machine. He could get one of the MUSA production shops to crank em out.
