When I last did STP I pedaled over to the shop. I figured it’d be interesting since the place is treated like some sort of epic cycling retail destination.

It’s a triumph of marketing. Everything about it is sub-par, but a clever Instagram and gullible tourists keep the place (barely) open.

Nice. I suggested a thread that collates info a while ago instead of being buried in tirechat/shartqs/bikepartsthatexist threads, but this is a much better idea. Started putting a few things in.
Search for “wire letter tray.” There are several sizes that match standard paper, including 11x17. The trickier part is finding one that is symmetric with matching relief for your hand on two ends, not just one.
