$20 cannondale cx project

$200 dback haanjo

Good sub Katu Tandem project:

This one is going to stay stuck in my head. I guess I wasn’t the only person stupid enough to being a 9zero7 frame here. Wondering if it was stolen or just abandoned

The frame and hubs are easily worth more than $130 north of the Mason Dixon line. If I knew how to build wheels I’d replace the Large Marges with the Rolling Darylls I have but I’ve already got a spare bike’s worth of fat bike shit in my garage

Juicy!
If you go look at it, be sure to hang on to something.
The seller clearly lives in a perpendicular universe.

$100 wheelset?

Oooh! If I could ride more than 1 mile without feeling like I’m gonna die I’d snap that wheelset up tonight.

Want.

that ad is still up, you didn’t scoop it?

Not through-axle (modulo a 5mm T-A frame) so I’m guessing thats why not.

Recovering from a massive GI bleed is my excuse for not snapping it up; if I can’t actually ride that far it’s pointless to lead the seller on.

Sorry about your guts buddy.

oof, gut hugs Orc

Alllll of my fitness has gone out the window; 4 miles on the bike this week feels like I’m going to die. (I do not recommend ulcers; mine dumped 10 pounds of blood into my gut with hilarious consequences that I don’t actually wish to repeat.)

So, needless to say, no riding up to NW Portland to grab a dynohub and a pair of big disco rims.

My friend had melena and said the most memorable part was the smell

Glad to hear you’re on the mend, I’m sure you’ll be putting in silly miles with a trailer full of kitty litter and welding gas in no time

That Stumpy is pretty nice.

can we talk about the kestrel tho

Vintage Stumpy without a vintage tax. It looks like an '84 Stumpy Sport based on searching through their old catalogs trying to identify the frame Jimmy picked up for me from the shop in Bend.
