this makes me miss my soma rack x playstation timbuk2 setup. it had delta cargo bungee hooks and you could tension it where the hooks met the back and then tension it by clipping and tightening the flap. it was so goddamned solid. impossible to access while riding but whomstever figures that out could stand to break even
