Jordan is now making housewares with this guy Ben Klebba

This feels like a nutty price given how beat up the frame is but I would definitely ride it

I’ll sell you a set of mustache bars that may or may not be bent a little

“The bars alone are worth the price!”

if I’m gracious that person has some painful injury or flexibility issues but loves to ride and needs the ergonomic support… but what the actual fuck

usable mirrors are a tell for me that a weird handlebar guy is friend not foe

he drops more lore in another listing (which also includes a suite of accessories)

Why am I selling my skates?
I was a professional cyclist in the 90s (holding two world records) and used speed skating on ice and inline skates for cross training.
Bont was one of my international sponsors, so when I decided to get back into speed skating after living aboard a sailboat for 20 years, I purchased an entire kit based upon the new technology of 21st Century Bont boots.
Six months after starting to skate, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and endured 18 months of chemotherapy to cure the disease.
The condition and drugs weakened my bones, so skating was impossible.
I also had bilateral knee joint replacement; Cycling was an acceptable rehabilitation, but skating was forbidden.
Now I live in the mountains of Puerto Rico where skating is simply not practical.

wonder if the saddle angle was related to hip geometry issues or just the tech available at the time

He’s got a few kids so hopefully they get some use out of it!

silly wheels but that’s a wild deal

i’d ride that

I find it very weird that he doesn’t know they’re couplers?

Those wheels make packing v easy.

Wildest deal!

Too bad it’s so tiny (and too bad I don’t have the tools to make a carbon frame, because otherwise I’d be tempted to buy it to salvage the couplers.)
