These would all be right around tarck beginnings 2009-10

That “Spicer” and Allez would fit right in at exactly this moment, though with a slightly less JA-fit/seatpost situation…

That Spicer needs a Clydesdale fork.

Was thinking the same exact thing

Are those the cheap Yeti carbon bars? I bought a set for my El Mar and they’re pretty pretty pretty good.

yeah, i wish they could be cut down though.

Using the beater bike I brought over to Sydney 2 years ago for my daughter. It’s good to have some wheels. Been checking out a few bike shops. Got pinned down by bush fires yesterday when visiting Jervis Bay. It’s real crazy over here.

Okay the grips on the drops is just a dumb joke, but really the whole bike is a dumb joke.

New bike day. This thing is pretty rad, although 1.5lbs heavier than the Storck. Switched out the stock saddle to my Romin and the stock 105 cassette to Ultegra. This is the first time in I can’t even remember that I’ve gotten a new complete bike. I’m not sure if I’m gonna get a nice set of aluminum training wheels or just go carbon clinchers? All my rim-brake tubular racing wheels are now obsolete.

Oh my g-d the shiny!

Welcome to the future.

Throw the tubulars away.

And you now have ‘training tires’. The concept of training wheels is obsolete.

I always have liked having race specific wheels and feel fancy on race days. IMO, I feel like tubulars for road racing is still worthwile.
