boredom, probably redundant in my stable

How much does that fork actually change the geo?

The pack rats front end numbers seem kinda strange on paper. Have you reported your feelings on it anywhere? I think yours is the only one I’ve seen someone actually own

This thing handles 100lbs of snow melt chemical a whole hell of a lot better than the xtracycle!

Daaaammmmnnn

the disc trucker fork is as far as i can tell the same as the pack rat fork

im second guessing this bike. it fills the ss void but i also only so far have commuted on it to work and a bit around town.

my trek w/. the clydesdale is a better grocery bike and commuter since work is so close…

I just realized that the rear wheel on the Bullitt has a goddamn Schrader valve. Who the hell builds an 11 speed di2 igh wheel with a goddamn Schrader valve rim?

if you’re running tubes i’d recommend chucking 4oz finish line sealant in em. on my clydesdale bike i’ve got 3 year old powerblocks that flatted 4x in the first year, and haven’t had a flat that hasn’t been able to fix itself once in 2 years. only reupped sealant once after a leak that allowed me to limp 4 miles to work with one inflation per mile. basically finished sealing by the end but i put more in anyway. really nice on a bike that you’ll weigh down so heavy

Our bullitt also came with schraeder rims and slime tubes. I think it’s a perfectly ok place to use those tubes.

slime only seals at ~3psi IME. finish line sealant, however

good to know, next time I have to replace a tube I’ll go that route

The front wheel is presta!

Drill it out

you already need to carry two different sized tubes, might as well make them different valve types too :man_shrugging: ?
