I think you’ve got the brand mixed up with somebody else. Even if you don’t I peeled the made in Taiwan sticker off of this bike. There’s no way they sold a MUSA frame with a paint-matched enve fork for like $1200 retail. And I didn’t pay much more than a surly frameset for it on pro-deal. (edit: typo)

Great bike except for the Wahoo GPS
Was free from a sales rep back in the bike mine days. It does literally everything i want it to and has been 100% easier to deal with than any garmin product I’ve used period. They were also way more interested in helping out their customers when I had to deal with them.
But I know you’ve painted yourself into a corner with all the Garmin evangelizing so to each their own.

You don’t have to explain, Wahoo users are pretty okay all things considered
Things that my Wahoo has never done:
- Lock-up on shutdown, thereby silently draining the battery
- Freeze during a ride, requiring a reset (and losing ride data)
- Require rediscovery of devices after nearly every software/firmware update
