New rack and more reasonable tires.
I need to figure out a way to lower the rack a little. I had it on the middle braze ons on the fork until I remembered I wanted cargo cages there. Gotta fiddle with it this weekend.

can you use the middle mounts with longer bolts, and a spacer on the lower mount to match the thickness so the cargo cage sits flat? i.e. double up the middle bolt

That’s definitely one of the ideas I’m gonna try. Currently searching for 2-4 valve stem nuts.

If that rack proves to be too uncooperative, we have confirmed the Endpoint milk crate plays nice with Kona forks.

I can’t remember, are the L pieces at the fork tapered at the top for the clamp? If not can you hack those down?
