yeah flip the crankset
but if it’s working Campy 8sp probably just keep that all together and ride it, as there’s no inter-compatibility with anything else for cable pull and freehub / cassette
just put a new $12 8s chain on it every so often

Goated 105 supremacy
8spd shifter + 8 spd RD works on shimano 7 cassette, at least, which is what I’ve been running on a drop bar 26er. an easy way to get a 32t. long cage campy mirage RD has been shifting it fine
All this talk of Colian reminded me that I have a Colian frameset in my basement that anyone can have for shipping. It’s got a cool 3d printed Tarckbear headbadge stuck to it.
what kinda frame? what size?
It’s an old fashioned road bike with a kinda uggo wishbone seatstay and pretty cool blue paint which isn’t original. It fit me fine with a tall gooseneck so it’s 56ish. I’ll try to get a pic tonight.
