Dammit: Post your bike

freight nerd here. was it upright on the pallet, or is that how it arrived at your house?

No it was laying on its side despite the red UP arrows. I tipped it up to open it.

Who was it that was printing flat screen TVs on the side of bike boxes to get freight folx to handle them with care?

edit: Vanmoof, apparently. I think there were others though.

My Poseidon frame came in a box like that

I’ve never conceived that someone might want to fly with model trains

Well they do, they are white boomer men, and they expect to take xxxlbs of toys onto the plane with no extra fee.

Incredible that Jan has never covered this in BQ given his pedigree

Put my beater back together, no shakedown ride yet. Still felt like sharing.

Did some parts swapping (post, saddle, cranks, and Stamp pedals) and put on some Aitken folding tires before hitting the dirt jumps today. Much more grip railing a dirt berm than the previous oem tires. 1 pound lighter chrome fork coming in the mail is gonna make a huge difference and look rad.

Gram counting is dumb but fun.
