first time leaving the house in 9 days was to try my new beach cruiser build. Silver stem, silver dropper and crazy bars are in the future. Very sorely tempted to add fenders.

looks like a paragon dropout, you could order an ss insert or get another like you have and grind it nice. did you de ano the spider or was silver an option?

Not quite a paragon allegedly. I could order a spare dropout slider and chop it , though I might sometimes run gears for poopbarn as a friction 1x10 with a thumbie or something.

Silver , nonseparable spider. 9 speed era w/two separate chainlines as dingle speed. Lots of flowy Piedmont single track directly around me and big mountain singletrack about 40 mins away.

…bikes I’ve put together always ride the best and I was curious to see if this was going to happen again. 10 minutes into my ride I proceeded to two wheel drift though multiple corners, then I hit a new top speed on a local paved descent and later matched my best time for a rough singletrack climb.It’s nice having one bike that is obviously so much better than the rest but it also sucks a little too.

I see knobs, is this a disc road bike or CX bike? I can’t seem to find a disc frame on the panasonic website that fits anything beyond 32s

Their discontinued-last-year disc CX bike the FCXCD03. Might return to the line-up updated with thru-axle/flat mount or might not I can’t really determine through google translate.

I hate that dangler. Does anyone know if I can transplant a longer cage onto a tricolor 600 one? It would look nicer than my xtr 9 speed one which is another choice.
