Pretty stoked on this. It’s a really fancy deadender bike. Still needs bright pink bar tape and a gold chain. The rusty stack will be trimmed at some point. Going to stickerbomb the seat mast.

If you plan on keeping that for a while, consider keeping the stack. The only reason I’m still riding the same bikes after 12-15 years is I always kept a high stack. The top tube bag is really good camouflage.

Please also consider moving your stem higher. I think that the steer tube compression plug isn’t doing much if you clamp below it.

Did a sub-tarck century shakedown today with the parts I got from @Bootus
New parts work great. I think this is the cleanest the bike has been since circa 2013. Changing the tape from pink may have been a mistake.

Guess this is my bike this week. Figured it might be nice to do a ride or 2 with my dad while I’m visiting so I ordered some Amazon (junk?) parts to fix it up a bit
