hookless The general code for them is: wheelsize - outside width - [XC or AM] - spoke count - [AS for asym] Supposedly XC is 3mm sidewall, AM is 4mm wall, but I got a pair of the rims above that are XC and a set of the 53mm ones that are AM and they’re both 4mm. The House is also not known for being “detail oriented” so it’s possible these are actually AMs, but I don’t see any AMs in that size and at 375 grams I don’t really care anyway.

First set of PUB rims showed up this morning. 356g and 369g for 28h 34 external 27.5s. Internal comes out to approx 27.5mm.

How thick are the sidewalls?

I got a set of Pub PC 27.5-31-XC-28 Bike Rim. Internal width is 23 mm. Sidewalls are 4 mm.

Rims appear to be hooked and tubeless.

Interesting, those seem to be the “XC”, but the 31s seem to be the AMs despite being labeled as XC. Or maybe the distinction doesn’t exist…

Yeah, they’re kind of hooked, definitely slightly concave. I didn’t want to oversell their hookedness.

i confirmed that i did order Pub PC 27.5-31-XC-28 Bike Rim but seem to have received a 27.5+ 32h rim. lets see what they say

What’s the pub rim that’s 32h and 700c/29"?
