what size tire is that in the back?

IMO:
Headtube facing - important, especially on the bottom.
Headtube reaming - not terribly important, unless the frame has been wrecked (and is still rideable), or if there are bumps inside that would impede cup installation and can’t be removed with a dremel.
BB shell facing - important if you’re using cup and cone BB, very important if you’re using external BB, ideal but not vital on the drive side only for cartridge BB.
BB thread chasing - important if your BB doesn’t thread in easily. Irregularities in the BB shell can grind up the threads on the BB during forceful installation.
its a 35c tire in the back. a 28 in front.
thanks super that was a badass response
last question to anyone who installed this headset. where does that metal washer go? right after the upper head race? or after the adjustable race?
in other words, is the last thing stacked on the hs that rubber compression ring? or the metal washer?
I so want to make mine a polo bike…but I get free co-op bikes so it is a tough call.
Also curious about another GB in the future[/quote]
I’ll be interested too

Jar of dicks for you, is all you get…
Just out of curiosity, how heavy are these things building up?
Handled a V2 at the shop today. Bout the same as a SE Lager (think heavier Fuji Track/KHS/Kilo). If memory serves correctly only the TT is double butted?
Not bad looking bikes, actually. More aesthetically pleasing than the V1s. If I had a need for another single speed or track bike I’d pick one up.
so what are these like built up? look like a good buy for the price
have you not read this page?
So, these things take short reach calipers. Of which I have none. The new fork on my Angus as well, which means I’m riding brakeless with a bare cable sticking off to the side for a few days now. Of course I won’t be taking pics yet, but the bike turned out pretty good. Pretty, pretty good.
i clicked this thread hoping u had posted pics
