Obviously his intent was not to review any product, but to show off his wheels and connections, and then receive all the accolades he thought he’d get for having the “Hed” name on his wheels.
You should work for the FBI, profiling psychos.

what? “Shit’s fast” isn’t a good enough review for you? so picky.
sometimes I “shits fast” when they put too much siracha(sp) on my burrito.
<3 sriracha.
I’m not sure whether putting tires on rims as wide as they are is a good idea. The lightbulb shape of conventional tire-rim combos (with a mm or two of tire on either side) has a long history of working correctly, and now HED want to go and fuck with the program? 23mm tires will not work exactly as their designers intended on this kind of setup. It might be an improvement over what 100+ years of refinement have wrought, but like most cycling innovations it probably will just mess something up.

I’m with you. I have not tried a 23mm tire yet. I started with 28’s and now I’m using 25’s. Compared to the 19mm rims I have used before, the Ardennes have a noticeable difference when handling turns. These rims may not be as aero as others available, but depending on the course, they could save you some seconds and give you a substantial advantage.
