Fall Cycling Thread: GTFO with that too hot/too cold weather shit.

65 degrees this morning. 70 at 10am as I’m sitting outside the laundromat. High of 85 when I will be riding around later today.

Georgia summers and Georgia winters make me want to cower inside my apartment. Then the fall comes and I remember why, against my best interests, I love the south.

Get out and ride your bike. It doesn’t get better than this.

It’s just starting to get rainy here…

I’m racing the weather to get the rain bike together.

It just started getting warm here.

is it rain jacket time again?

first day of sweater weather

hfy

can’t wait to make my deliveries to the post

Autumn riding = wet leaves in the bike lane.

It was sunny and cold on the ride in to work the other morning, so nice.

the best is doing fall twightlight mountain bike rides. the animals are out trying to gather food for the winter, the leaves are falling, birds flying away. its almost like a page out of some disney bambi bull shit.

It’s like 100 gtfo.

It’s 113 right now in the desert. I left my camelback bladder at work. Not riding today. Gtfo with your 65 degrees. Actually, jealous I am.

Still warm in NY. For when the time comes: Get me into some decent cold weather bottoms that I can commute in.

Fucka jeans. I ripped 2 of them already last winter. That’s 2 too many.

i wore these pants all last winter with some baselayers underneath depending on how cold it got. They do well in light rain, not completely water resistant, but dry fast. Extremely comfy, and fit nicely.

I’m probably gonna get another pair this year. Also might try out one of those winterweight outliers.

today was pretty fucking nice.

AGREE.
Hi five, Sweden!

what the hell, you guys are already experiencing fall weather?!

edit: just looked at the weather forecast. while today is a high of 96, tomorrow’s high is 71! hell yes!
