buddy of mine has em, pretty sure the 45 refers to the width
he does have 35s and it is a pretty tight fit
i went with the SKS P45s, a little cheaper, and seem to be slightly roomier

That’s the idea. I’ve got the “road” ones which are 35mm and can fit a 30 tire without too much trouble. I think the hybrid’s rated for a 38 or something. No measurements for ya. Sorry.
I was gonna do black reflective tape on them, but my bike is reflective enough for now, and that shit gets to be expensive.

on second thought, simon says his bike doesn’t have clearance for those raceblades. i didn’t get how he explained it, but i dunno if I believe it. I’ll find someone who just wants a rear for 20 bucks i suppose.
i was able to fit slightly clipped sks 35’s and randonneur tires on a 55 cm bianchi pista without any problems… and they work really well.
If a bike can’t even accommodate race blades it is time to consider a bike that is more suitable for riding in the rain. Those superman cape fenders suck.
He may be talking about the struts, in which case they can just be cut. Or he really doesn’t have ~1cm clearance.
I honestly think he has clearance, but he has batman cape and doesn’t need anything else. I think he needs fucking white raceblades for that bike…
