Since my wife moved to 155 mm cranks last year, I’ve got a stockpile of 165 mm cranks to clear out. Since the year-in-review thread seems to have kicked off some interest in short cranks, now’s my big opportunity to time the market! All prices negotiable, plus actual shipping.

Shimano Ultegra FC-R8000 compact (50/34t) crankset (two sets available). $75 each?

Shimano XT M780 42/32/24T. Rings were replaced fairly recently. $75 crank, $250 for the whole group?
