I need some help finding a set of three matching aluminum bottle cages in red, green, yellow, and black.

I’d prefer to get them from the LBSbro but I’d like to come to him with part numbers to order. If not, an online resource?
Does gold work for yellow?

Shit, nevermind, missing green.

This one, but probably others too:

So today I noticed that the upper on my Rapha shoes is starting to separate from the soles. I have no complaints, these shoes have suffered many miles and some pretty serious abuse–rain, snow, hike a bikes for ~6 or 7 years, not sure of the exact age but I bought them shortly after they came out. A++ product.

So DQ: I should just buy the Raphas again since I know they work and last forever, but I want these:

Anyone tried? Anyone like Bonts in general? Am I being stupid?

P sure raphas are just top end giros and you can get the giros on sale for sure.

are you using them with the Quattro cleats? https://www.amazon.com/Crank-Brothers-15289-3-Hole-Cleats/dp/B00HE6HPZG

Can’t tell if advice or shade. Into it.

Why would I use road shoes with MTB cleats? I’m confused.

I may just do those purple ringle cages because purple. Thanks bud!

Another recommendation needed. I’m looking for shoes with a skate sole for flat pedals, that fits like a pair of Keens, and comes in a size 15. Closest I’ve found is the Altra Hiit XT, which doesn’t quite cut the mustard. I’ve tried on all available offerings from Giro, Specialized, and Pearl Izumi with no luck, toe box is too narrow.

the first gen ones were leather, which was an actual selling point. The new ones are microtex and just fancy giros.
I have some of the first gen fizik shoes that are kangaroo leather and baller. The new ones are significantly less baller.
I am a fan of real leather shoes.
Bonts are fine from what I have heard but I have never owned them

If Specialized are too narrow, I’m not sure you’re going to find anything wider. I have a fairly wide forefoot, and Specialized, Shimano, and Five Ten fit me in some models.

Have you tried the Shimano GR5 or 7? If that show doesn’t fit, you might want to look to Vans or Scarpa with an insole like the Superfeet Black.

Thanks for the recommendations but those options do not go up past size 48. Vans are available in my size but are too narrow in the toes.

Oh man, those first gen Fizik shoes are the most stealth baller shoes ever. I’ve lusted after a pair for fucking years.

Has anyone here tried a Gabba jersey? I’m looking at 55 degrees and raining tomorrow for my long ride, and I’m wishing I had something besides the clear plastic bag-like raincoat I’ve been wearing for years.

All my buddies are happy with the gabba. It looks good if you figure out sizing. They run euro-pro apparently

Gabba jerseys are great, they breathe well and keep me way warmer than other options for drizzle / inconsistent dumps of rain. I still wear a 3L jacket for consistent rain, though.

Ferg, maybe this bag is more what you’re looking for?

Ferg are you still riding bikes laying down?
