just make sure the bigger bolt is threaded all the way in before you do

i threaded both the nut & the internal driver in all the way…
still no luck…
i really think the pad must be too big
When you took the crank bolt off before using the tool, did the crank bolt have a washer?
it has a bolt with a built in washer permanently attached & then a dust cap
Sounds to me like you need MOAR POWAHHH!!!
sugino 75
the washer is separate from the standard bolt

make sure it is screwed in all the way is what I would have said, maybe try some lube. wd40 let it ist try again!

square washer lol
when you look at your cranks without the bolt there
are you seing a square hole (no washer)
or a round hole (washer)
no srsly.
there is no washer
I’m stumped.
Pickle fork.
if theres no washer then the pad should fit in the square hole
square hole
the washer is round and painted black
Ride and let it jiggle loose. And next time you put cranks on, grease them up.
wd40 ---- wait try again. sound like they are just stuck.
hmmm I will check ebay
does the pad fit in that square?
