Send it to me as I’m building some motorcycle wheels soon. I don’t think it would be very useful for bicycle wheel building. In my experience, the tension required to turn a nipple varies a great deal relative to the spoke tension. Particularly if someone has used any kind of sticky spoke prep beforehand. At the very least, the nipples would need to be well-lubricated to provide repeatable results.
